Chef Jake T. & Marie G
I'm a very creative chef, who always open to new ideas and improvements.
I'm originally from Osaka Japan, which is known as "Kitchen of Japan", and its dynamic flavor and taste are favored by various ranges of savvy food connoisseurs.
By growing up between two cities; one is a popular fishing and seafood industry town, and the other is the place, where "Soy sauce" is created.
Therefore, I'm naturally good at Sushi making and exposed to numerous great chefs' skillful works.
After traveling and researching from East coast to Hollywood, visiting Europe and Mexico, my vision and creativity are greatly expanded, which are constantly moving forward.
My menu is best described as "Craving, creative and truly tasty".
I have been in charge of FOH and staff trainings at numerous places.
